**Academy of Learning Career College - Mississauga West** is seeking a **driven Admissions Advisor** to connect with prospective students, promote our programs, and guide learners toward achieving their education and career goals.

This is a **sales-focused role** where success is measured by your ability to generate leads, engage with prospects, and meet/exceed enrollment targets — all while ensuring students are well-informed and supported in their decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and manage leads through outreach, networking, and community engagement
- Meet and exceed enrollment/sales targets
- Present and promote college programs at events, fairs, and information sessions
- Guide prospective students through admissions and funding options (OSAP, Better Jobs Ontario, etc.)
- Deliver presentations/workshops to strengthen engagement and recruitment efforts
- Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in the CRM system
- Stay updated on funding, labor market trends, and program offerings

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience** (education, recruitment, or service sector an asset)
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills
- Comfortable meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Knowledge of Ontario student funding programs (OSAP, Better Jobs Ontario) is preferred
- Experience in Private Career Colleges is considered an asset

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
