Are you a self-starter and team player? We’re looking to hire an Operations Coordinator to provide daily support to our Operations team, including our Owner Operators and Contractors.

**What You Will Be Doing**
- Support Operations Managers with trip planning, driver assignments and communication internally/externally
- Complete daily check ins with assigned drivers, action any immediate requirements for drivers as needed
- Assist with communication with coordinators, review info sheet/authorized services for each move
- Support with scheduling warehouse appointments at QMM and other agents
- Assist with labour sourcing, deck trucks, scheduling customs clearance, and local operations scheduling & data
- Maintain driver files and collect required safety documents (TVC forms, abstracts, safety forms, license renewals etc.)
- Collect, audit and log driver paperwork
- Follow up on requests for missing drivers logs and submit to Allied Safety.
- Obtain shuttle authorizations and submit required photos/receipts to van line
- Gather and file drivers logs, complete quarterly IFTA documentation
- Obtain tractor and trailer inspections bi-annually and maintain records
- Review driver settlements and action when delayed with finance team
- Sequence and update driver dates in Allied system
- Troubleshoot, train and support drivers with Moovscout (Electronic Inventory) & ELD (Electronic Logging Device).
- Collect and review customs documents for all cross border shipments in advance of driver crossing Complete driver e-manifests for cross border shipments in advance of driver crossing
- Support Operations Managers with local paperwork requirements and safety initiatives and vacation coverage

**What You Will Bring Along**
- High School Diploma
- Post-Secondary education in Logistics or Operations is preferred
- Knowledge of customs requirements logistics and warehousing
- Proficiently Spoken and Written English
- Must have a high understanding of MS Office and related programs
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-starter and a team player
- Organized, multi-tasker and problem solver

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
