Job Responsibilities
- Organize and manage invoices and other administrative tasks efficiently.
- Provide direct support to the CEO, assisting with daily tasks and projects.
- Take accurate and detailed notes during meetings.
- Perform various administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.
- Occasional travel may be required to support company initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- **Language Skills**: Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English, French, and Chinese (Mandarin).
- **Technical Skills**: Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- **Transportation**: Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
