**Duties**:

- Process incoming customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Analyze order information to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Enter order data into the system with a high level of accuracy
- Communicate order status and updates to customers as needed
- Resolve any order-related issues or discrepancies in a professional manner
- Maintain organized records of all orders and related documentation
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a plus
- Previous experience in order administration or a similar role preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in data entry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
