**ORDER DESK / INSIDE SALES / ESTIMATOR**

This position will primarily oversee a company’s inside sales operations ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction by building positive relationships with customers.

**Requirements and Duties**

This role will be responsible and accountable for:

- Greet and assist walk in customers, answer phones
- Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail - meet tight deadlines
- Strong presentation / interpersonal / organizational skills
- Professionally work through challenging customer situations
- Basic understanding of blueprints and drawings
- Collaborate with other internal departments
- Deal with a broad range of walk-in customers, general public to commercial businesses
- Ability to effectively “sell” the merits of all fence products
- Provides additional backup support for co-workers as required

**Qualifications and Skills**
- High school or equivalent.
- Previous sales experience in a comparable industry or fencing industry is an asset.
- Ability to manage a heavy workload and operate efficiently
- Ability to get along with various personality types and play an active role in the team
- Strong time management, organization and planning skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills combined with computer proficiency
- Professional & positive attitude to tackle problems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $48,000.00-$63,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Inside sales: 3 years (required)
- Customer service: 3 years (required)
- Construction estimating: 3 years (required)
