As an

Order Desk Clerk

, you'll be at the heart of our operations. You'll manage customer orders, maintain accurate files, and ensure everything is processed efficiently and on time. This is a role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, thrives on deadlines, and takes pride in staying organized while handling multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Process new customer orders and ensure completion within established timelines.
  • Maintain order files and documentation in company systems.
  • Handle administrative tasks with discretion and accuracy.
  • Manage multiple files simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Support team members and collaborate to meet company goals.
  • Deliver excellent customer service through professional communication.

Qualifications

  • Reside in the Edmonton area or be willing to relocate.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications and quick to learn new systems.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of work while maintaining accuracy.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and punctual.
  • Previous administrative or order desk experience is an asset.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
