**Your Part in It**:
Working out of our growing Mississauga branch, we are looking for someone for our next WMS Billing Coordinator. You will work directly with the Warehouse and WMS team.

You will respond to internal and external customer inquiries to provide information, collaborate and resolve matters. You will also assist with sourcing new vendor partnerships, ensuring company documents are sent & returned signed.

**WMS Billing Coordinator**

**What the Job Entails**:

- Create, Manage, and Update Client Contracts in Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Group weekly and monthly billing records in WMS, in order to provide data and/or invoices.
- Generate and/or Distribute billing reports from WMS and share with necessary parties.
- Ensure billing validation process is followed consistently.
- Ensure warehouse management team is updated with pertinent billing information and/or updates.
- WMS Conversion Tasks - Old system to new

**What We Are Looking For**:

- High School Diploma or equivalence
- Invoicing Experience (1 year)
- Administrative Experience (2 Years)
- 3PL/Warehouse/WMS combined experience (3 Years)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Time Management
- Ability to work independently and learn on the job
- Strong Communication skills in English and French - Written and Spoken
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and most importantly; Excel

This is a full-time permanent position from Monday to Friday
