We are currently seeking to fill the full-time Release Office Clerk position at our Toronto branch located in Mississauga.

**Position Summary**:
The Release Office Clerk will oversee and coordinate the movement of cargo.

**Essential Functions**:

- Coordinates cargo moves with warehouses, rails, steam ship lines, and customers.
- Arranges and dispatches ocean containers.
- Completes all releases and guarantees in system.
- Ensures that cargo has cleared customs and has been released prior to arranging delivery.
- Completes paperwork and releases cargo to drivers.
- Update dock receipts to customers.
- Assists other teams where required.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

**Education and Experience**:

- Experience in Customer Service, Inventory Planning, and/or Logistics position is an asset.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada.
- Must be fluent in both Korean and English.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
