**Position Overview**
As an **Office Clerk**, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the office's daily functions. This includes data entry, filing, document preparation, and providing assistance to various departments. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that office operations run efficiently and contribute to the overall productivity of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and assisting with office communication.
- Manage and organize physical and electronic files, ensuring that documents are easily accessible and properly maintained.
- Prepare and process incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution.
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records in company databases.
- Provide support for other departments, such as HR, finance, and operations, as needed.
- Ensure that office supplies are stocked and ordered as necessary.
- Assist with creating and editing documents, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support the office manager in various tasks and special projects as required.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework is a plus).
- Previous experience in an office setting or administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Pay: $24.35 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
