Accreditation & Secretarial Support

**Purpose**:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, Department of Psychology, Faculty of Health, the Accreditation & Secretarial Support role is responsible for providing secretarial/administrative support for the Department of Psychology's Clinical, Clinical Developmental and Neuropsychology accreditation processes. This also includes support to program coordinators.
**Education**:
Minimum two (2) completed years of Post-Secondary Education.
**Experience**:
Minimum 1 year experience working in an academic environment.
**Skills**:
- Effective oral communication to obtain and relay information accurately in person, and over the telephone
- Good written communication skills
- Knowledge of accredited programs
- Maintaining confidentiality
- Attending accurately to detail
- Experience doing internet searchesTechnical Skills required:
- Knowledge of an on-line computerized students records system (SIS)
- Working knowledge of electronic mail and calendar (e.g., Outlook)
- Intermediate MS Word and MS Excel
