**Purpose**:
Reporting to the Manager, Resources and Planning, and working closely with the Accreditation Lead, the Undergraduate Program Accreditation and Cyclical Review Assistant will provide administrative/secretarial assistance to support the Undergraduate Program Accreditation and Cyclical Review process.

**Education**:
Minimum level of formal education required: High School diploma plus completion of some post-secondary courses in office administration/secretarial training.

**Experience**:
Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience required:Minimum 1-year recent related experience answering inquiries, maintaining accurate records, arranging meetings. coordinating and scheduling travel arrangements. committee support including minute/note taking

**Skills**:
Demonstrated Skills:

- Attention to detail and accuracy.

Obtaining and providing information in a clear and concise manner.

Ability to work efficiently, effectively and under pressure of high volume.

Excellent planning and organizational skillsTechnical

Working knowledge of the following software packages: MS Word, Excel, Access - Intermediate Level

Ability to conduct Internet searches (e.g., Explorer, Netscape, Google).

Working knowledge of online meeting software (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
