**The Role**:
Prairie Mobile Communications is seeking a dynamic and experienced **Product Manager**to develop and oversee the full lifecycle of PMC's Rent Everything program. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, this role involves close collaboration with various teams and customers to develop and execute the Product Roadmap. As the program evolves, other product families will be added to the Product Manager's portfolio.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer communications requirements through direct interaction.
- Understand and quantify the market potential of the assigned product family.
- Anticipate changing customer needs and adapt the product roadmap accordingly.
- Develop cost and pricing models to ensure fair pricing for customers while increasing profit margins.
- Maintain and adapt operating procedures and processes for efficient system management.
- Establish and maintain excellent vendor relationships.
- Focus on market needs rather than immediate customer demands.
- Track sales and quality assurance metrics to improve product performance.
- Develop and execute launch strategies for roadmap items.
- Develop and maintain technical product documentation.
- Continuously develop new skills and upgrade training as identified by the Company and Director of Product Management.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in a business or engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5 to 10 years of experience working with, and a deep understanding and appreciation for, two-way radio communication systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to influence extended teams without direct authority.
- Previous product or product management experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of and passion for technology and industry trends.
- Strong collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Commitment to teamwork and demonstrated team-building abilities.
- Strong attention to technical detail and execution.
- Proficiency with MS Office 365.
- Valid driver’s license and passport for business travel.
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance if required.
- Compliance with drug and alcohol testing if required.
