If you're passionate about Mining heavy equipment and technology and ready to learn and grow in a dynamic environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you • Based out of our Edmonton office location • Monday – Friday hybrid role with 2-4 days in office. • Join a diverse team that will support your growth and development. • Permanent, full-time role with a competitive salary. • Flexible option plan benefits with varying levels of coverage from day one. • Matching pension contributions to help you save for the future. • Employee Share Purchase program with matching contributions. • RRSP and TFSA options through Sunlife. • Paid vacation with an increasing allowance based on years of service.## **Job Description:****Major Job Functions:*** Assist in developing and executing the GTM strategy and plan for assigned products and solutions.* Support the creation and implementation of product marketing plans, customer segmentation, and target planning.* Help define value propositions and support customer activation, onboarding, and success processes.* Monitor market share, revenue, and GP for assigned products.* Assist in arranging and carrying out product training programs.* Provide support to the sales organization with product knowledge and application guidance.* Facilitate discussions across the business to support product line sales.* Help manage relationships with suppliers and support existing partnerships.* Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product growth.* Assist in the development and maintenance of product documentation and training materials.**Qualifications:*** Minimum 4-5+ years’ experience in product management, marketing, or a related field.* Background in Mining Engineering or significant mining operations experience is required.* Knowledge of heavy equipment, construction, mining, or power systems is an asset.* Experience with marketing, program management, or change management is a plus.* Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.* Ability to work collaboratively and support senior product managers.* Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.At Finning, we prioritize creating a diverse and inclusive environment.
