**Key Responsibilities**

3. Understanding Labour Laws in Ontarion and assist with onboarding, preparing offer letters, job letters, WHMIS and other legal attributes
4. Assisting in resolving necessary payroll inquiries, updating employee's information in Synerion, Quick books as required. **ADP training will be provided.**
5. Headcount review, tracking, and updating org charts and maintaining Resume Checklists.
6. Revamping onboarding and training guides, prepare announcements for new hires
7. Support the Talent Review by taking detailed notes, updating talent grids, cleaning up files for final review with leadership team
8. Assist HR Manager with all other research, analysis and implementation of programs, root cause analysis and identifying solutions, reports, projects, and crafting presentation decks as required
9. All other admin support as required such as ad-hoc reporting, photocopying, filing, labeling, booking meeting rooms, etc.
10. Assist with maintaining the time card punching of employees in Synerion. Other duties as assigned by HR Managers or GM on Floor
