**Annual Salary: $92,611.35 - $115,767.60
**Reporting to the Clinical Director - Community Mental Health, the Clinical Manager provides clinical leadership, support and consultation to Mental Health Outpatient Programs (MHOP) including the Psychiatric Consultation Clinic, Dual Diagnosis. rTMS Clinic and The Access Point Northwest. This accountability includes standards of client care, staff development and supervision, quality improvement initiatives financial planning and control and management of the work environment. The Clinical Manager facilitates interprofessional collaboration within the teams and acts as a role model, mentor and coach to all team members with the goal of optimizing client care and staff experiences.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**_Education/Experience:_**
- Master's degree and/or professional qualifications is required
- Registration in a regulated health profession with one of the five Colleges regulated to perform the Controlled Act related to Psychotherapy is required
- Extensive knowledge and related work experience within the mental health and addictions field
- Several years related management and clinical experience
- Extensive knowledge and skills with quality improvement methodology
- Knowledge of and ability to interpret applicable provincial legislation and related regulations, accreditation and professional standards and practices, safety regulations; and related mental health best practices

- Superior ability to communicate effectively and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with private and public officials, subordinates, co-workers, and community partners
- Ability to identify, understand, and meet/exceed the requirements of internal and external customers
- Ability to think and act strategically in a healthcare sector environment, including the ability to conceptualize and implement change strategies
- Excellent project/time management, quality improvement, analytical/critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to improve effectiveness and efficiency through the management and utilization of human, financial, and physical resources
- Strong leadership skills including the ability to direct, motivate, evaluate, and recognize staff; proven ability to share skills and knowledge with others
- Proven conflict management abilities and mediation skills
- Proficiency with office computer equipment and software
- Competent within the meaning of the _Occupational Health & Safety Act_

**_Assets:_**
- The ability to converse in a second language would be an asset

**CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT**:

- This position shall be conditional upon a satisfactory Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC) where indicated, to ensure the absence of relevant criminal convictions.
- Will be required to travel to various work locations and provide own transportation
