**Position Summary**:
This position will provide complex case management to clients identified as having high level needs due to mental health and addiction issues, thus requiring additional supports in both the Bail Verification & Supervision Program as well as the Community Integration Program.

**Position Duties & Tasks**:

- Complete standardized assessments to evaluate a client’s risk and need areas, and to develop and implement an intervention plan to address those areas of need
- Establish achievable, specific goals with the client
- Maintain knowledge of and assist clients with referrals to appropriate community service agencies and educational/vocational programs
- Produce written reports and records
- Collect information for program evaluation and statistical purposes

**Skills & Expectations**
- Excellent writing and organizational skills to support case assessment and management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and efficiently work under pressure
- Registration with a College that oversees the regulation of professional practice
- Knowledge of the Criminal Justice System is an asset

**Education & Experience**:

- Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Social Service Work, Social Work, Addictions Counselling, etc.
- Experience in service delivery preferably in the justice field
- Experience in service delivery within the mental health and addictions field
- Experience in case management and direct services to clients
