We are seeking an SDR Manager to join our growing team. The SDR Manager will be responsible for establishing connections with prospects while also ensuring the seamless transfer of those leads to Sales Executives. We are a rapidly growing startup with a sales and marketing team subscribing to a true end-to-end sales process. Our goal is to ensure the customer journey reflects our solutions' quality. **Job Description**:
- Use internal and external resources to identify customers and decision-makers to build an outbound sales pipeline.
- Schedule and run discovery calls to unlock the prospect's business challenges and collect data for CRM
- Initiate contact with potential customers through cold-calling and quality prospecting.
- Manage inbound leads and follow up on MQLs to qualify leads and set appointments for Account Executives to drive business opportunities
- Train other members of the SDR Team to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities
- Ensure SDR Team members improve performance and abilities over time by providing coaching and feedback in recurring weekly 1:1s
- Plan for hiring and onboarding new SDR.
- Work closely with the Demand Gen team to provide feedback on MQLs and campaigns
- Work closely with Sales and other members of the Marketing and GTM Leadership teams to improve opportunity management and qualification processes
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement for the SDR Teams
- Work in collaboration with Content, Marketing Program Managers, and Product Marketing to develop effective messaging to convert inbound interest into qualified pipeline
- Accurately forecasts weekly, monthly, and quarterly attainment
- Assist with the execution of demand-generation campaigns
- Drive attendance at webinars, company events, and industry trade shows
- Build client lists and prioritize target accounts for ABM activities
- Provide feedback on marketing campaigns' success and challenges
**Qualifications**:
- Successful experience as an SDR Leader member at a rapidly growing Saas company.
- You must be an exceptional individual contributor and coach who can both work with salespeople on the front lines and also develop and execute coaching plans for the team’s continued development.
- You must be a creative, entrepreneurial demand generation manager with exceptional leadership and critical thinking skills.
- You must have a strong understanding of how to navigate a large organization to assess which accounts / projects are in need of our specific resources, as well as a strong ability to evaluate the merit of creative new tactics.
- You must be highly capable of motivating a team towards the prospect of growing an innovative, world-changing business with us
- You must have excellent written and oral communication skills. This includes being fully capable of building and maintaining a respected boardroom presence.
