MacMor Industries Ltd. is seeking an experienced and creative Content Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. We are looking for a sociable and outgoing individual who thrives in collaborative environments and isn’t afraid to mix things up by engaging with different departments. In this role, you'll work closely with our Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator to develop and implement content strategies that engage our audience, drive brand awareness, and support our business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with our overall marketing objectives, ensuring consistent output of relevant material
- Optimize content for SEO to improve our online visibility and organic search rankings
- Manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms
- Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator to ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials
- Analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to inform future strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing
- Assist in the development of marketing campaigns and promotional materials
- Contribute to the creation of video content and landing pages
- Support the maintenance and updating of the company website
- Participate in market research and competitor analysis to identify content opportunities

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or College Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong portfolio of published work
- Proficiency in SEO best practices and experience with SEO tools
- Familiarity with content management systems and social media management
- Experience developing a content strategy and working with a content calendar
- Creativity and ability to generate innovative content ideas
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Programs, particularly Premiere and After Effects
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in B2B content marketing
- Knowledge of industrial or safety product industries
- Proficiency in video editing and production
- Experience with event planning and execution
- Understanding of HTML and Markdown language an asset
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Ads an asset
