Oversee and manage all aspects of the business such as Sales & Marketing, Operations, Warehouse, HR and IT
- Identify risks within the business
- Ensure employees are complying with company policies
- Meet and exceed company profit goals
- Look for growth opportunities within the branch to ensure inline with company growth strategy
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Ensure marketing strategies are well executed
- Manage & Develop staff, aiding them in goal setting
- Ensure a safe environment, including theft prevention
- Setup formal processes, procedures and/or SOPs for all areas of the business
- Manpower Planning for efficient business performance

**Successful applicants will have/be**:

- Organized and methodical approach to work
- Strong Attention to detail
- Fast Paced Environment
- ERP Expertise such as Oracle, Spire etc.
- The ability to function well in a team environment.
- English and other languages such as Punjabi/Gujarati/Hindi/Urdu speaking is an asset.
