Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Customer Service Manager. The Customer Service Manager will oversee the customer service team, implement and monitor customer service strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing customer support operations, resolving client issues, providing insights for service improvement using analytical tools, and fostering effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.

  • Proven experience in Customer Support and handling client concerns efficiently
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate customer service trends and suggest improvements
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Leadership abilities to manage a team and maintain a collaborative environment
  • Problem-solving mindset and dedication to continuous improvement
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
