E-Commerce Manager - Reid’s Distillery
**Overview**
**Duties**
- **E-Commerce Strategy**: Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales of Reid’s signature gins, cocktail kits, and merchandise, enhancing the overall customer experience.
- **Analytics and Optimization**:Use data analytics tools to analyze site traffic and customer behavior, identifying opportunities to optimize our online platform and improve conversion rates.
- **Creative Collaboration**: Work with graphic designers to create visuals that reflect Reid’s Distillery’s brand and align with our style guide, drawing from tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
- **Market Research**: Conduct ongoing research into e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and new digital tools to keep Reid’s Distillery at the forefront of the industry.
- **Inventory and Product Listings**:Oversee e-commerce inventory management, ensuring that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate and compelling.
- **Performance Reporting: T**rack, measure, and report on e-commerce performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Partner with our production, sales, and customer service teams to ensure smooth e-commerce operations, align on promotions, and address customer needs.
**Requirements**:
- **E-Commerce Expertise**: Proven experience managing an e-commerce platform, preferably in a consumer goods or craft distillery environment.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong skills in data analysis with experience using tools like SQL to draw meaningful insights from customer data and website performance.
- **Creative Skills**: Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite to collaborate on brand visuals, product images, and marketing materials.
- **Trend Awareness**: Excellent research skills to keep up with e-commerce and digital marketing trends, particularly in the beverage and artisanal goods sectors.
- **Communication and Teamwork**:Strong communication skills to work effectively across our team, including production, marketing, and events staff.
- **Goal-Oriented Mindset**:A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving tangible outcomes in customer engagement and online sales growth.

Pay: $42,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
