We are currently in search of an experienced E-COMMERCE SALES COORDINATOR who will work on a flexible in-person/remote schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Merchandising our online store via Shopify
- Customer service (in person and online)
- E-newsletter marketing via Klaviyo
- Other duties as may be required to meet the needs of our business

QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in a coparable E-Commerce role is required
- Customer service experience is required
- Previous experience managing websites using Shopify is required.
- Experience using Klaviyo is a strong asset
- A genuine interest in our business.
- Advanced computer skills are necessary - strong Excel proficiency is required.
- Must be a quick learner, proactive, pay attention to detail, and thrive in a busy environment.
- Maintains a current understanding of present and emerging e-commerce best practices, tools and trends.
- Excellent language and communication skills, both oral and written are vital, the ability to write and articulate clearly are a must.
