As a Bike and Ski Technician you are a crucial part of the Adventure365 team. This position requires you to repair, problem solve and assist our customers (and sometimes sales team) with their equipment-related issues This is a fun and challenging position that allows you to share your love of bikes and skis with customers and co-workers alike.

Applicants must be competent working in a fast-paced, upbeat, think-on-your-feet environment; flexibility and versatility is the nature of the position.

Bike and Ski Technician's assist with the maintenance, assembly, and delivery of bikes, skis and other related products.

**Responsibilities**:

- To work in a fast paced and fun environment
- Bike, Ski, Snowboard, Nordic servicing
- Provide excellent customer service experiences and quality service repairs
- Responsible for service work including correctly filling out service work orders, scheduling appointments for repairs and completing repairs in a timely manner.
- Advises and assists customers with their product selection without bias.
- Communicates with store manager regarding repair and warranty part needs.
- Maintains a clean and safe workplace.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the store manager.

**Skill Requirements**:

- Previous bike and ski mechanic experience and bike and ski knowledge is a must.
- Ability to be autonomous, prioritize workday, multitask and be detail-oriented.
- Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions and take direction well.
- Ability to create an excellent customer and team experience.
- Good time management skills.
- A sense of urgency and ability to hustle.
- Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Valid Drivers License and clean driving record.

**Salary Range**:
$18-$25 / hour based on experience
