Adventure365 is a locally
- owned and operated Outdoor Adventure Store that specializes in Ski, Bike and Run. The Bike and Ski Technician is a crucial part of the Adventure365 team. This position requires you to repair, problem solve and assist our customers (and sometimes sales team) with their equipment-related issues. This is a fun and challenging position that allows you to share your love of bikes and skis with customers and co-workers alike.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the maintenance, assembly, and delivery of bikes, skis and other related products.
- Work in a fast paced and fun environment.
- Bike, Ski, Snowboard, Nordic servicing.
- Provide excellent customer service experiences and quality service repairs.
- Responsible for service work including correctly filling out service work orders, scheduling appointments for repairs and completing repairs in a timely manner.
- Advise and assist customers with their product selection without bias.
- Communicate with store manager regarding repair and warranty part needs.
- Maintain a clean and safe workplace.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.

**Skill Requirements**:

- Previous bike and ski mechanic experience and knowledge is a must.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize workday, multitask and be detail-oriented.
- Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions and take direction well.
- Ability to create an excellent customer and team experience.
- Good time management skills.
- A sense of urgency and ability to hustle.
- Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Valid Drivers License and clean driving record.

**Salary Range**:
$18-$25 / hour based on experience
