**You Get To**:

- Work in a fast paced and fun environment
- Service Bikes, Skis and Snowboards
- Provide excellent customer service experiences and quality service repairs
- Responsible for service work including correctly filling out service work orders, scheduling appointments for repairs and completing repairs in a timely manner.
- Advise and assist customers with their product selection without bias.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.

**What You Bring**:

- Previous bike and ski mechanic experience and/or bike and ski knowledge is a must.
- Ability to be autonomous, prioritize workday, multitask and be detail oriented.
- Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Good time management skills.
- A sense of urgency and ability to hustle.
- Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Valid Drivers License and clean driving record.

**Salary Range**:
$16-18 / hour for Trainee position, to be determined based on experience

$18-$25 / hour for Technician, to be determined based on experience
