Adventure365 is currently seeking an Adventure Guide (Assistant Manager) to work at both our Adventure365 store and Kivi Park. An Assistant Manager is energetic, people-focused, and has a passion for Ski, Bike, and Run. This is a great Full-Time position that focuses on developing specialized programming that encourages community health, wellness and active living through organized sports and recreational opportunities. And above all, non-stop adventures

- Assisting with the hiring, training and motivating of the team to provide a high level of customer service.
- Working with the team to keep the store running smoothly, especially when it comes to inventory.
- Constantly learning and growing in your role.
- Helping customers with the use and care of merchandise, and providing advice on specialized products or services
- Staying knowledgeable about our products and services.
- Participating in fun promotional activities and local events.
- Developing specialized programming related to Adventure365 and Kivi Park
- Influencing processes and inspiring new efficiencies with your ideas
- Supporting local groups and clubs
- Representing the company with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
