TIP Trailer Services is one of Europe and Canada’s leading equipment service providers. We specialize in trailer leasing, rental, maintenance, and repair, as well as other value-added services, and provide these to transportation and logistics customers across Europe and Canada.

We are currently hiring a Data Entry Clerk for our team based in **Delta**. Join the TIP Canada team for an exciting opportunity to expand your career.

**YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE**:

- Daily review and entry of data information into the appropriate customer relationship management platforms
- Proactively verifying data through source documents, resolving data discrepancies, and entering data accurately
- Monitoring and updating existing data when required
- Performing data searches
- Creating, editing and reviewing Excel spreadsheets to manage the data collection
- Ensuring appropriate turnaround time on all data entry
- Communicating and collaborating with supervisors to clarify data issues as needed

**YOU NEED TO HAVE**:

- Experience entering high-volume of data information per day (ie: 500 per day)
- Excellent computer skills that include Microsoft Office package (MS Excel, Word, Outlook); working knowledge of VLOOKUP
- Experience using ERP systems such as Salesforcean asset
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem solving ability
- Able to meet deadlines and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Effective organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- High energy with strong desire to deliver results, self-motivated and driven
