**What will you be doing?**
- Work within the full Solutions team (Solution Center/Outsourcing/Data Entry) to manage the work and team members creating a collaborative, productive and appreciated team environment
- Ensure high level of coordination and communication between the Solution Center (clinic) and the production floor to ensure orders are entered timely and correctly, that issues are communicated and that follow-up is completed.
- Ensure coaching and feedback is delivered in a timely manner. Ensuring all Fireside chats are completed on time.
- Ensure training and re-training is completed with team members of the Data Entry/ groups as it relates to electronic and manual entry of orders
- Work with the Supervisors in the Outsourcing and Solutions team to cross train team members, allocate work and ultimately ensure Delta continues to provide the best service possible to its clinics/stores and patients/customers
- Ensure onboarding is completed successfully with all new employees in accordance to 3 month plan.
- Ensure daily, weekly and monthly targets are tracked and met as it relates to both productivity and quality
- Be proactive and collaborative with the teams throughout the facility to improve quality and minimize delays
- Collaborate with the Solution Center to ensure clinics and patients are up to date on order statuses and any new lenses or changes to lens availability as needed.
- Flexibility work across multiple shifts as needed to ensure quality and process alignment throughout the department
- Assist in posting, trending and understanding data with the focus on opportunities for improved processes.
- Have a passion for continuous improvement and always be considering way to work smarter
- Lead and assist in continuous improvement projects and SOP building within the department.
- Through coaching and training, have a positive impact on job cost and turn around time
- Assist, when required, in back filling all positions in Data Entry
- Own daily time sheet verifications and approval of vacation timing

**Qualifications Include**
- Proficiency with spread sheets and systems as it relates to data entry
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Flexibility to work across shifts to coach and train across all production shifts
- Excellent attention to detail regarding daily tasks and the development of standard operating procedures, working instructions and overall communication
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Good English communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
- Excellent coaching skills to manage team performance
- 5+ years of customer service/data entry experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- FYihealth group aims to create a comprehensive rewards package to attract and retain top talent. The expected compensation for this position is between $52,140 to $63,000 annually considering factors like experience, skills, and qualifications.
