**Position Summary**:
Reporting directly to the Branch Manager / General Manager, this position requires a detail oriented, self-driven and highly efficient professional. This individual should be an articulate and polished communicator with a warm and helpful demeanor.
**Primary Objectives**:
- Supporting branch activities based on work procedures and administrative needs, with a focus on meeting customer requirements.
- Provide support to service and production personnel as required.
**General Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Opening and closing work orders.
- Sourcing, purchasing and receiving of parts, materials and shop supplies, to support production activities.
- Coordinating shipping of customer product to meet delivery deadlines.
- Shipping completed work to customers.
- Maintaining records including files for employees, work orders, inspection reports, purchase orders, pack lists.
- Maintaining inventory.
- Strict adherence to corporate policies and procedures.
- Maintaining up to date work in progress records.
- Processing time cards.
**Qualifications**:
- Punctual and dependable.
- Fluent in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Solid communication skills - written and verbal
- Experience in processing purchase orders, work orders and supporting paperwork.
- Experience in shipping and receiving, and verification of goods received.
- Meticulous planning and organizational skills.
- Mature, responsible and professional.
- Efficient and detailed.
- Reliable and accurate.
- Problem Solver.
Strength and experience in business support, with a focus on synchronized office services to compliment customer service, production, health and safety, and the environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
