**Locate Coordinator**

HDP Network Solutions Inc. is a telecommunications construction and material distribution company based out of Fergus Ontario. HDP specializes in turnkey FTTx fibre optic network deployments on behalf of our ISP partners while also supplying the required materials to construct these networks. HDP Network Solutions Inc. is one of Canada’s premier telecommunications network design and build companies.
- Create, manage, and distribute documentation and correspondence
- Create locate packages
- Screen requests and identify issues to determine priority
- Schedule and dispatch Locators for utility locates
- Attend construction coordination meetings
- Compile and distribute various performance and productivity reports
- Data entry into various systems
- Clean up data entry to ensure accuracy
- Support the billing process to ensure accuracy
- Assists other staff in office duties as required
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required

**Qualifications**
- (preferred) 1-2 years of relevant experience with utility locates and or Coordinating
- Communication - excellent ability to communicate information and clarify requirements both orally and in writing clearly and effectively
- Work with a sense of urgency by demonstrating the ability to shift priorities to accomplish objectives
- Effectively manage time to keep commitments to both internal and external clients
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Must be highly organized and able to multi-task
- Must be able to probe and gather detailed information from callers, assess issues accurately, and assign the level of priority
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to make timely and effective decisions.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting experience.
- High level of technical understanding.

**Salary**: $52,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
