**Job Title**: Asset Service Coordinator

**Location**: 324 Saunders Road, Barrie Ontario L4N 9Y2

**Job Description and Skills**
- Ensure health and safety is the number one goal by following policies, procedures and acting in a safe manner at all times
- Assist with maintaining schedules for vehicle maintenance, inspections and repairs. Coordinating vehicle booking with internal mechanic and external vendors ensuring operations supervisor is aligned with bookings.
- Monitor and track inventory levels, notify Asset manager of requirements. Assist with quarterly inventory counts.
- Validate packing slips to invoice confirmation and assist with data entry.
- Supporting shipping/receiving of parts, including coordination with courier and freight companies
- Assisting with inventory management, multiple locations using Fleetio.
- Coordination with vendors for availability and lead-time of required items.
- Accurate and efficient data entry into existing software systems. Very comfortable with Windows-based computer systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to take direction, work in a fast-paced team and collaborative environment, multi-task, and maintain organization.
- Great customer service with internal resources and external vendors.
- Data Entry, Learning Industry specific terminology and processes. At times working alone in the office. Following administrative directives and processes. Ongoing learning via courses or new procedures.
- Highly organized, understand the importance of deadlines, strong desire to build a career not a job, valid drivers license. Calm under pressure and able to prioritize tasks.
