**OFFICE MANAGER**
**Midland Transport Limited has become a leader in the transportation industry by providing superior quality service to our customers. Our services include LTL, T/L, Courier Services, and Third Party Logistics/ Brokerage which provide the convenience of one-stop shipping.**
**Qualifications**:
- Education: Bachelor’s Minimum Post-Secondary education
- Years of Experience: 4-7 years’ experience, in a similar Management role
- Strong Leadership skills
- Professional, accommodating, enthusiastic, and supportive demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Functional working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Knowledge of AS400 would be an asset
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead, Coach, and Develop the Administrative and Customer Service staff at the Dartmouth Terminal
- Conduct ongoing performance management to ensure office productivity and customer service standards are met
- Ensure Superior Quality Service is provided to our internal and external customers while continuing to increase employee engagement
- Schedule of office employees to always ensure appropriate staffing levels.
- Ensure all administrative duties are completed on time
- Support and promote continuous improvement
- Collaborate with other managers to implement required policies, procedures accurately, and to ensure that the goals, and objectives for the terminal are met
- Plan and organize training, meetings, and staff functions
- All other duties as assigned
