**The Office Manager [Bookkeeper/Inventory Manager ]is responsible for all financial operations for the company including, but not limited to;**
- Assist in ordering product
- Manage daily inventory
- Manage year-end inventory counts
- Assist with month-end and year-end reporting worksheets, journal entries, and tax return working papers
- Enter payables bills as they are received
- Create expense reports for leadership team members
- Maintain records through appropriate file retention
- Utilize a cloud-based accounting system for data entry and reporting
- Assist in payroll preparation and benefits reconciliation
- Accounts receivable and payable
- General bookkeeping tasks, invoicing, quotes, purchase orders and inventory
- Cash auditing of retail sales on a monthly basis
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems on your own
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and communication skills
- Work closely with the Office Administrators
- Have 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Post-secondary education in business administration, accounting, or office management required. We are willing to hire new collage/university graduate
- Experience working with Quickbooks online system
- Experience in Home Service or Retail would be considered a strong asset
- Strong computer proficiency with experience in MS Office Suite (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work legally in Canada

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
