We are currently re-defining what “Being Well” means. We are under new management and currently re-branding. With this, we are looking for a radiant, cheerful, and resourceful person to join us as a Wellness Curator.

What does this job entail? You will be the face of our brand - meeting, greeting, and assisting clients with their wellness journey. You will handle all customer service-related matters, administration duties, and scheduling.

Position
- Needs-Based Sales - Ask questions, figure out what clients’ needs are and present options. This goes for booking treatments with a therapist, selling packages pre/post treatments or retail sales.
- Insurance - Understanding and running clients health benefits insurance and sending receipts.
- Team - We are a team who depends on each other for our support, problem solving, and communication skills. We are in this together and help each other to achieve the upmost success.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years in a position involving scheduling appointments.
- Quick learner with the ability to problem solve under minimum supervision.
- Superior attention to detail with a strong computer competency.
- Must have a passion for wellness.
