**Overview**

**Duties**
- Curate and mix music playlists tailored to specific events, ensuring a seamless flow of tracks.
- Operate DJ equipment including turntables, mixers, and sound systems during live performances.
- Engage with the audience to create an interactive and entertaining experience.
- Collaborate with event planners to understand the vision and requirements for each event.
- Set up and break down equipment before and after events.
- Stay updated on current music trends and popular tracks across various genres.
- Maintain equipment in good working condition and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during performances.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a DJ or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of music genres, trends, and mixing techniques.
- Proficiency in operating DJ software and hardware.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to read the crowd and adapt accordingly.
- Creative mindset with a passion for music and entertainment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by events.
- A professional demeanor with strong organizational skills.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
