**Responsibilities**:
As the Assistant Property Manager of a premier AAA office complex, you will be the welcoming face and driving force behind an exceptional tenant experience. This role centers on delivering outstanding customer service through thoughtfully curated programs and engaging events that reflect the prestige of the property and the expectations of its tenants.

You will act as a trusted point of contact for tenant event planning, ensuring every interaction is handled with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. From coordinating signature experiences to managing communications and brand touchpoints, you will foster a vibrant, inclusive, and service-oriented environment. This high-visibility position requires a passion for hospitality, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of tenant engagement.Design and execute an annual calendar of curated events, activations, and experiences that reflect the expectations of our tenants.- Activate all areas of the property, including the outdoor courtyard with elegant, inclusive, and culturally relevant programming.- Partner with top-tier local and national organizations in arts, culture, wellness, and business to deliver high-impact tenant experiences.- Conduct regular tenant engagement assessments to ensure programming remains relevant, personalized, and aligned with tenant needs.- Lead the strategy, development and execution of premium events, including wellness activations, seasonal celebrations, and brand collaborations.- Develop and manage event budgets, production schedules, and post-event reporting with a focus on ROI and tenant satisfaction.- Build and maintain a network of vendors and service providers, including caterers, designers, entertainers, and production teams.- Create and implement a sponsorship and partnership framework to enhance event offerings and elevate brand presence.- Oversee the daily operations, programming, and service delivery of high-end building amenity spaces, ensuring a seamless and elevated experience.- Collaborate with building operations teams (operations, maintenance, concierge, housekeeping, security, fitness centre) to uphold AAA standards of cleanliness, safety, and service.- Serve as a point of contact for event related tenant inquiries, requests, and feedback, ensuring prompt and personalized resolution.- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the functionality, appeal, and utilization of amenity spaces.- Develop and execute refined, tenant-centric communications strategy across digital and traditional channels, ensuring all messaging is clear, engaging, and responsive to tenant needs, while consistently reflecting the property's brand standards and enhancing the overall service experience.- Manage content creation for executive newsletters, social media, digital signage, and tenant notifications, ensuring brand consistency and clarity.- Coordinate emergency communications and operational updates with professionalism and urgency.- Support retail leasing and brand storytelling through high-quality marketing collateral and strategic messaging.- Uphold and continuously elevate the property's brand identity by ensuring every tenant-facing touchpoint, from curated events and concierge services to signage and digital content, delivers a seamless, polished, and premium experience that reflects the high standards of the building.- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to develop branded materials, presentations, and messaging frameworks that are thoughtfully crafted to resonate with our diverse tenant audiences, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with the property's overall service and engagement goals.- Monitor and evaluate the impact of engagement initiatives, using data and insights to refine strategies and demonstrate value.- Identify and pursue strategic opportunities to enhance the property’s reputation and visibility within the business and cultural community.- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, retailers, community leaders, and external partners, acting as a trusted ambassador for the property.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, policies, procedures, and contact databases.- Develop and manage formal agreements with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure clarity around scope of work, pricing, scheduling, and service expectations.- Prepare and review contracts that include detailed terms and conditions, insurance requirements, and risk mitigat
