Front Desk Agent

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Operate phone systems to respond to calls and relay messages as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, local attractions, and directions.
- Assist with billing inquiries and process payments accurately.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a secure environment for guests.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred, ideally within the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Strong phone etiquette skills, with the ability to manage multiple calls effectively.
- Familiarity with phone systems and reservation software is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on guest services.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
