**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Handle phone systems effectively, ensuring clear communication with clients and team members.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure that all documents are up to date.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks, including invoicing and tracking payments.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring information is computerized correctly.
- Support the team with various administrative duties as needed to ensure smooth operations.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using office software and equipment, including computer systems and phone systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service are crucial for success in this role.
