Your role at Clorox:
In this role, you will:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies and processes to ensure efficient and effective operations across Canada
- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes, including manufacturing, planning, PMO, supply services.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment and coordination of supply chain activities with overall business objectives
- Develop and manage the supply chain budget, including cost control measures and forecasting
- Lead the development and implementation of new supply chain technologies and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Build and lead a high-performing supply chain team through coaching, mentoring, and professional development

What we look for:
**Requirements**:

- 20+ years of progressive supply chain management experience of large groups spanning across multiple disciplines (e.g., Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning, Logistics) with increasing responsibility and a demonstrated track record of success managing supply chain operations in Canada & US.
- Highly effective coach to senior team members.
- Successful at attracting, cultivating, and retaining diverse high performing, diverse teams
- Experience deploying and driving adoption of digital tools to change the way supply chain work gets done and decisions are made preferred
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholdersBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
