As an Appointment Setter at PSHS, you will play a crucial role in our sales process by generating high-quality leads, closing sales, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. You will interact with potential clients, understand their needs, and effectively communicate how our products and services can address those needs.

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- **Customer Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients by providing support, information, and guidance on products and services.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about the technical specifications and functionalities of products and services offered to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers.
- **Sales Strategy Execution**: Implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- **Quotation and Proposal Preparation**: Prepare detailed and accurate sales quotations, proposals, and presentations tailored to client requirements and specifications.
- **Technical Support**: Provide technical assistance and product information to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Market Research and Analysis**: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand market trends, competition, and opportunities for growth.
- **Sales Order Processing**: Manage the entire sales process, including order entry, processing, and follow-up to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- **CRM Database Management**: Maintain and update customer records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track sales activities, interactions, and transactions.
- **Sales Reporting**: Generate and analyze sales reports to monitor performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements in sales strategies and processes.
- **Training and Development**: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and technical expertise.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-year outbound Call Centre, inside sales or outside sales experience or lead generation
- Professional and articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be self-motivated and willing to learn
- Demonstrate the ability to meet and/or exceed performance and targets
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude & team player
- Results-orientated
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)

**Benefits**:

Pay: $32,634.27-$107,051.91 per year

Pay: $1,000.00-$3,000.00 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Etobicoke, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
