**What Will You Do?**
- Provide helpdesk technical support to end users. This includes installation of PCs, related hardware, software.
- Identifies, researches, coordinates, and resolves technical problems.
- Track and monitor helpdesk inquires to insure a timely resolution.
- Familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures related to the support role.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Troubleshooting PC and equipment issues.
- Basic level network troubleshooting.
- Monitor and support assigned technology systems as alternate (i.e., Systems Administrator)
- Understand standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular system.
- Flexibility to support departmental needs as required.
- All other duties as required

**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Community College certificate or diploma and/or 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Good understanding of PC hardware and software components is required. CompTIA A+ and Network + would be considered an asset
- Experience on AS400 would be considered an asset
- Basic level of knowledge of LANs (Local Area Networking) and IP communications is an asset.
- Strong communication and organizational skills required
- The incumbent supports existing information technology systems of Erb Group.
