**Responsibilities**
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Coordinate client/therapist schedules
- Opening/closing duties
- Check clients in through Referizzer & JaneApp
- Assist in content creation
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors
- Cash-handling, processing payments
- Monitor Social Media platforms

**Assets**
- Previous use of JaneApp
- 1-2 years of front desk experience/customer service
- Medical Spa experience
- Passion for skincare & health

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or relevant work experience
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Confident at multi-tasking
- Strong communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 8-38 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
