**Job description**

At Motiontek Industrial, our success depends on our people, productivity, and procedures. An office administrator is the supportive force driving each of these areas, and we’re currently seeking someone stellar to take the reigns. We are looking for an organized and self-motivated Office Administrator who will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office personnel.

The office administrator’s role will include working closely with our team by handling clerical duties, coordinating calendars, and maintaining the daily operations of the company. In order to be successful in this position you should be detail-oriented, professional, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Supervise administrative details and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
- Arrange schedules/travel arrangements technicians
- Perform bookkeeping procedures such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and tracking purchases
- Support payroll procedures
- Create and update filing systems to maintain records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Submit timely reports and prepare proposals as assigned
- Maintain the company’s social presence and image online
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary

**Requirements**:

- College diploma or higher preferred but not required
- Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in an office setting required.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Leadership skills to take control of a situation and make quick decisions when necessary
- Attention to detail to submit work or send communications without error
- Adaptability and flexibility to adjust priorities for whatever task is most important at any given time
- Ability to handle sensitive information
- Familiarity with bookkeeping practices and use of Quickbooks is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Familiarity with organizational productivity tools (Notion, etc.)
- Experience using social media and creating content is an asset.
- Must be able to work in office
