Office Administrator

Job Description
The Office Administrator role is responsible for assisting with daily work routines within the administration team and provide reception duties as required.
Key Duties (including but not limited to):
- Complete sales order processing for customer purchase orders.
- Monitor incoming correspondence and distribute requests to the appropriate team member for action.
- Accounts payable duties, including coding, matching, mailing of cheques, filing.
- Monitor Customer Relationship Management leads and distribute to the appropriate team member.
- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers or forwarding calls to the appropriate team member for action.
Education and Experience: Preferred
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Prior administrative support experience
Knowledge Skills and Competencies:
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills/discipline to allow setting proper work priorities.
- Possess and demonstrate strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work both independently, as well as in a team environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues independently.
- Good PC literacy and Microsoft product knowledge is essential.
Job Relationships:
- Interface daily with customers, office staff and field staff.
- Contact with other subsidiaries and parent company office (headquartered in the UK).
Work Environment
- Office environment.
Authority Boundaries:
- Reports to Office Manager.
