As most organizations have returned back to the office, we are there to provide the necessary office furniture to make it happen. Our customer promise is to ship within 48 hours

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products/services and enhance brand awareness.

**Responsibilities**
- Under the direction of the VP of Marketing, coordinate marketing initiatives and projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Draft and proofread content for marketing materials, including social media updates, newsletters, and website content.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics.
- Support the development of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- Update and maintain the company website and social channels.
- Coordinate and ship finish and literature samples to representatives and dealers.
- Support campaigns, trade shows, events and communications as needed.

**Education and Experience**:

- B.A. degree in marketing, communications, graphic design or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate marketing activities, track project progress, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in social media management, including content creation and building engagement.
- Graphic design skills, with a portfolio of demonstrable work.
- Demonstrated proficiency in WordPress website management.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

**Skills and Ability Expectations**:

- Detail oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality, functional designs.
- High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and comfort with ever-evolving technologies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures.
- Attention to detail in all areas of work.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro and InDesign)
