**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive repair and maintenance services. Your expertise in automotive knowledge combined with exceptional customer service skills will ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their automotive needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs needed, utilizing your mechanical knowledge to enhance customer understanding.
- Schedule appointments and manage service workflow efficiently to optimize productivity.
- Communicate effectively with technicians regarding customer concerns and repair needs.
- Upsell additional services and products based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Handle transactions accurately and maintain records of all service transactions.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Order Parts, create estimates

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair environment is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge is essential for effective communication with both customers and technicians.
- Proven track record in customer service or sales roles, demonstrating the ability to upsell services effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
