**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Clean and detail customer vehicles after service work is completed, including exterior wash, interior vacuuming, window cleaning, and surface wipe-downs.
- Prepare and maintain dealership inventory vehicles for display and delivery, ensuring all vehicles are showroom-ready.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks such as engine bay cleaning, carpet shampooing, stain removal, waxing, buffing, and polishing.
- Maintain a clean and organized detail bay and work area, including proper storage and handling of detailing supplies.
- Perform inspections to identify any missed areas or quality concerns before returning the vehicle to the customer or sales team.
- Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure vehicles are completed on schedule and meet dealership standards.
- Follow all safety and environmental guidelines related to chemical handling and equipment use.
- Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive consumer loyalty.
- Other duties as assigned by Service leadership or our OEM partners.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable, safe driving history
- Ability to operate various automotive makes and models with caution and care, with knowledge to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles preferred
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or a similar role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
