Are you a detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about making a real difference? MUSIC FOR LIFE, a Christian non-profit and home of the internationally acclaimed African Children’s Choir, is looking for a dedicated **Donor Services Coordinator** to join our Donor Relations and Services Team. In this role, you’ll be the key link between our donors and the children we serve, ensuring every gift is accurately recorded, every sponsor feels valued, and our mission of **helping Africa’s most vulnerable children today, so they can help Africa tomorrow** continues to thrive.

**Position Summary**
Reporting to the Donor Services Team Lead, you will:

- Maintain accurate records of donations and sponsorships, ensuring every gift is properly acknowledged.
- Strengthen donor engagement and trust, making a direct impact on the children we serve.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong donor relationships, prioritizing retention and supporting our mission of **helping Africa’s most vulnerable children today, so they can help Africa tomorrow.**
- Respond promptly and professionally to donor inquiries.
- Draft and send acknowledgment letters.
- Accurately create and update donor records in Raiser’s Edge, handling a high volume of data entry essential to donor trust and program success.
- Provide sponsorship status updates and follow-up communication that ensures donors see the real-life impact of their gifts.
- Issue receipts and coordinate gift-matching programs.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Professional and confident in donor communication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail—especially important given the **high volume of data entry** required to maintain accurate donor records.
- Commitment to accuracy, recognizing that each detail directly contributes to donor trust and the success of our mission.
- Self-starter, able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Positive, flexible, and resourceful with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Raiser’s Edge is an asset.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
