**About the Role**
As a **Service Coordinator**, you will play a pivotal role in managing projects from start to finish while ensuring exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with Service Technicians, Coordinators, Project Managers, Field Managers, homeowners, and other stakeholders. This role also involves acting as a backup for other Service Coordinators when required.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Communication**:
- Liaise with customers to understand and address their service needs.
- Inform customers about work outside warranty coverage.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**:
- Schedule and manage service appointments, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Create work orders and coordinate calendar invites for the service team.
- Update and manage service deficiencies from site inspections, office reports, and walkthroughs.
- **Logistics and Documentation**:
- Collaborate with different divisions to order materials and glass.
- Follow up on pending service orders from suppliers.
- Maintain and update the Service screen log.
- **Representation**:
- Represent Morrison Windows in interactions with customers, consultants, contractors, and other agencies.
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
**Qualifications**
- **Education**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience and Skills**:
- Minimum of 1 year in a customer service role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Goal-oriented, collaborative, and committed to excellence.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
