We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Support Services Assistant to work with our team, process donations, answer phones & manage databases to help strengthen our mission. This role guides and enhances our support of donors and our WorldServe teams.
This position will collaborate with other teams within our organization to provide support, reports & data pulls as required.
- Outgoing and friendly, able to build rapport easily, demonstrates excellence in communication.
- An ambitious go-getter with strong organizational skills, a demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, prioritize, work to deadlines, and you are excited to learn and grow with the organization.
- A team player in working with the SS team, with other teams or individuals within WorldServe and with donors, churches and businesses outside of WorldServe.
- Committed to building lasting authentic relationships built on trust with those you connect with.
- Strong computer skills. Knowledge of MS Word & Excel, database functionality, CRM software considered an asset.
Delivering support that conveys a sense of care, clarity, consistency, and partnership to our constituency & team will be critical for the success of this role. You are a self-motivated and service-minded Christian, eager to use your skills to help the persecuted church This is a key role, working with a great team of people who care deeply about our work around the world
